The following scanned book, Journey of My Life, originally written in Yiddish by Sheila's great-grand-father was translated into English by A. M. Klein and published in Montreal by The Eagle Publishing Company in 1945. It was subsequently translated directly from Yiddish to French by Pierre Anctil as Mayn Lebns Rayze, un demi-siècle de vie yiddish à Montréal. This French edition was puiblished in Sillery, Quebec by Les Éditions du Septentrion in 2000 ISBN 2-89448-149-7.
